This was a nice and clean store. It was a good experience to get new couches without feeling pressured to buy anything. The store manager at this store is very nice and helpful, so your experience should be a smooth one if anything is of concern.

Kate was very helpful and used a lot of visuals to help us with our choices. She explained everything so that we understood all the procedures and the time frames. We have no worries that everything will be done to our satisfaction.

I just placed my order for these two items… I chose the brown leather for its suppleness and price point. Delivery is scheduled for 10-12 weeks. The staff is accommodating & not pushy.

It was such a pleasure to work with both Karine and Kate! In the store, Karine helped us to form a basic design plan and then made an appointment for Kate to come to our home. Kate brought the fabric and rug samples that we were interested in, plus a few other samples. We were able to see the fabric in our home and envision the plan. Before leaving, Kate took thorough measurements of our space. When we met again with Kate in the store, she had a complete design for us to work with. It was a great experience to get this type of help, and we are looking forward to receiving all of our new furniture!

My husband and I had a great experience with the team in Oceanside! Kate, the Lead Designer, was so awesome to work with…she came to our house, measured our living room and used a design tool to create a mock up of what it could look like with the new couch we picked. She was so patient with us and helped us both in person and over the phone. We really liked all of the furniture selections they had, and the service was wonderful. Thank you, Kate!

From the minute we walked in the store, we had a fantastic team member, Karina, assist us with a chair for my mother. She was very knowledgeable and so respectful in working with my mother. The team that delivered the chair was also outstanding!!! I was not able to be there on delivery day and they kept in direct contact with me throughout the process. Very grateful for the entire team! Thank you!!!!

I needed a new recliner. I visited the Oceanside store and found one I like but was worried about it being too big for my space. Arlene suggested I have Kate, the designer come to my home. She did and we figured out it would fit and she helped me with the color choices. Very good customer service. I’m looking forward to my new chair.

Kyle at your Oceanside location was Knowledgeable and Kind. He responded swiftly to my email questions and spent the time I needed in the showroom to help me make a decision on the best furniture for my needs .He showed me all the custom leather colors n textures for recliners n sofas. Kyle was also very kind and patient to my 97 year old mother who was also looking at furniture. His amazing customer service made my experience at La Z Boy one of the reasons I purchased my living room set there. Also Kate in design dept.was extremely Helpful and Knowledgeable in my purchase! We love our new La-Z-Boy chair. Christian, the salesman was really helpful and nice. The delivery guys were also great. They delivered with smiles and great personalities.
